Plymouth Argyle Football in the Community trust invites youth groups, mainly junior football clubs to every home match at Home Park.
19th Plymouth (Emmanuel) Scout Group were lucky enough to attend the home match against Northampton Town on 7th March 2015.
The day started at 10am where the group entered the ground where the club welcomed the Scout Grop. The group were told about the history for the Football club.
The group then embarked on a full tour of the ground, which included the players dressing rooms, directors area, pitch side etc. James who is a Beaver said "It was awesome, we got to sit where the players sit". Pictured: Beavers in the Dugout.
After the tour the young people were taken to the Life Centre (indoor sports and activity complex), for an hour of football coaching from some of the Argyle coaches. The young people were even treated to lunch.
Just before the match the group were taken to
the large games room for the pre-match entertainment. At 2.40pm the Beavers, Cubs,
Scouts, Leaders and parents were shown to their seats to watch the match.
Plymouth Argyle put in a solid performance and won the game 2 - 0.
