Ten Tors Opportunity for Devon Explorers
The Taw Explorers in North Devon are training a 55 mile Ten Tors team under the banner of Devon County Scouts. They currently have a couple of spaces left on the team and are now selecting candidates who wish to take part.
The Ten Tors provides an opportunity for young people to enjoy the National Park and experience the wildness and remoteness and sense of challenge that can characterise the moorland areas. Taking place in the Dartmoor National Park Dartmoor over the weekend of 11th - 13th May you will be experiencing close up the natural beauty of the area and gaining the rewards team work and perseverance can bring.
