Participant Group Transfer
For various reasons, occasionally during their DofE progress young people find the need to request Transfer of DofE Group.
Firstly they need to complete a new DofE Participant Enrolment Form Oct 2011 and submit it to County (Without Monies).
If they have a Duke of Edinburgh's Award Record Book this also needs to be enclosed. Those working on e-DofE are not required to submit Keeping Track Books as this will be available on line.

For e-DofE participants, County will then transfer the required data for submission to DofE HQ, but participants can continue to sign in as before. Leaders should watch their e-DofE Group membership pages to see when the transfer is complete.
