Practical Skills (Module 18) Validation

Some of the questions can easily be covered by a simple short answer, maybe a sentence or two but others may require answering in greater depth.
Any notes, diagrams, pictures, short videos, witness statements from another adults or anything that is relevant to any of your answers can be uploaded in the section below the last question.
Section Leaders will need to answer all the knowledge check questions 1 – 4 and two tasks from section 2.
Always give as much information as possible, concentrating on the element that you have personally contributed to.
The comments box at the end of the form can be used for any other evidence to support your validation.

Section 2. You will need to complete two of the following
a) Learn or develop a practical skill which can be used in Scouting*
b) Instruct a young person in carrying out two practical skills, ensuring that: The skill is appropriate for the section the young person belongs to the young person is aware of, and follows, safety and risk assessment procedures.
c) Demonstrate two practical skills, at least one of these skills is one that you have learnt or developed in your role in Scouting, ensuring that: a) the skill is appropriate for the section they work with, and b) the safety and risk assessment procedures are followed appropriate.
